Fast, Efficient, Safe Sharpening
The Diafold Magna-Guide Sharpening System features an Aligner Blade Guide that works in conjunction with the MAG to keep the blade at the ideal angle for sharpening. There are a total of seven angle settings, so it will work with practically any blade size. The deep clamp design securely holds blades up to 3/8-inch in thickness while sharpening, and its engineered resin won't mar or scratch the blade of the knife like metal clamps can.

The Diafold Sharpener offers two 4-by-1-inch Diamond Whetstone surfaces that are protected by plastic covers when not in use. One side of the Whetstone is a fine diamond surface (25 micron / 600 mesh) for getting that razor-sharp edge. On the other side of the Diafold sharpener is the extra-fine diamond surface (9 micron / 1200 mesh) for super-refined edges and polishing. The innovative DMT Diamond Whetstones require no oil; simply sharpen dry or with water.

The Magna-Guide Sharpening System is not only easy to use, but it's also extremely safe. This professional knife sharpener features the Aligner Blade Guide (ABG) which provides 7-angle adjustability for the right edge every time, while the Magnetic Angle Guide joins the two! One side of the kitchen knife sharpener has an Extra-Fine diamond (9 micron / 1200 mesh) to polish and refine a razor edge after sharpening with a coarser diamond. The Fine diamond (25 micron / 600 mesh) gives you that razor sharp edge!
This hand knife sharpener has folding plastic handles to protect it when not in use.
